When a pet accident has happened:
  • 1.) Clean urine/feces/vomit as soon as possible.
  • 2.) Flush the area with cool fresh water. (Hot water may set a stain)
  • 3.) Blot up as much of the affected area as possible. (Blot, don't rub)
  • 4.) Call AllerganX for a deep cleaning, sanitizing and enzyme treatment.
It is important to let your technician know where all accidents take place because in order to give you the best service, we need to enzyme all affected areas. Pet odors from a carpet can permeate a room, and if not addressed properly, malodors will contaminate curtains, clothing, bedding, and other fabrics. Use of some store bought products may set a stain permanently and the deodorizers only last for a few days, which do not neutralize the urine, feces or vomit. These products only mask the malodor.
