Carpet Process

Pre–Inspection
I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results.

Furniture Moving
Regular pricing includes moving of most furniture items. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure.

Pre-Vacuuming
To remove any loose soil or foreign particulates from carpeting or upholstery.

Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down and emulsify soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Pre-Spotting
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special agents to increase chances of removal.

Soil Extraction
The carpet is then thoroughly cleaned with a Random oscillating pad machine . Normal dry time is between 1 to 2 hours depending on fiber and degree of soiling.

Post Vacuuming
Your carpet is then groomed vacuumed a second time to set the carpet pile. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster.

Post Inspection
After completing the job, I will walk through your home with you and make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.
