The primary difference is that with dry vapor cleaning uses less water in the steam production. The resulting vapor cleans, deodorizes and sanitizes while killing dust mites, mildew and bacteria

Our 5 Step Green Upholstery Cleaning Process:

Step 1: Pre-InspectionWe will inspect the upholstery, noting fabric type and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot The fabric is “pre sprayed” with special green Upholstery cleaning solution specially designed for your particular soil condition.

Step 3: Pre-Agitate The Green Upholstery pre-spray will be worked into the fabric with Random double head Upholstery brush, specially designed for this use.

Step 4: Rinse and Extract Once the soil has been loosened, we will thoroughly flush the Upholstery with our Dry steam vapor upholstery extraction tools. This step sanitizes & deodorizes fabric.

Step 5: Post Inspection the upholstery is inspected by technician and owner.
